Well, this past week has been a doosey. I've chosen to just be a sloth and hardly exercise and eat and eat and eat.
So, FINALLY today Trish & I are going to meet up and work out together. She is nervous because apparently it has been 2 weeks since she worked out. I am nervous because I have slacked for a week and ate yummy food!
Regardless, we are back on track again! I think we need a new set of goal and maybe a little friendly competition. I'm thinkin .....

Ahhh! That actually felt good! I did 45 mins on the elliptical, and burnt 500 calories. There goes that cake I ate this afternoon. Now to officially get back on track with diet and exercise! It was good to meet up with someone at the gym and feel like I was doing something besides just exercise. :)
