Well, today I decided to try night/evening running. Since it has been in the 80's this week, I have not really been able to run outside, and I have been rather busy to be able to go to the gym - where I assume it is cooler than outside. (or so I hope!) - so I tried going for a run once the kids go to bed. UGG. It was still hot outside, and humid, so it was more difficult to run. I need to push myself and get into hot weather running shape. Maybe a good thing to do to help me loose the next 50 pounds, huh?
Glad I don't live in FL like another friend of mine does!
OH! And I officially signed up to run the Hartland 5K on Monday. EEEkkkkkkkkkkkk
