I just got back from a neighborhood run; it is too hot! Today is a beautiful day, 70 and not a cloud in the sky; truly one of those postcard perfect days! But my 2mile run was a KILLER! (read it - I was not able to run a full mile even!) I was bothered by the sun, the heat, and my shirt! Even my socks and shoes felt too hot today. grumph!
But, I did step on the scale this afternoon, fully dressed, and weighed my birthday goal weight! I know it is 3 weeks later, but I have not been loosing weight, in fact I have been up-ing and down-ing a pound or two lately, so to be at that weight fully dressed is a good thing! I want to start loosing again. Running is good, but I still have 50 more lbs to loose here! I think I took a long enough break!
Now to figure out how to run/work out during the summer months with kids and the blessed heat! I just may have to get up in the bright and early morning. grumph!
