Heat
It was 83 degrees out today when I returned from my run. Why did I choose to do a run in the heat, you ask? I have no answer. I am insane!
I hear you on the heat! I tried to take a walk the other night and I just couldn't do it. We haven't even hit the bad yet!!! Why am I in Florida again?
