I went to the gym today and ran: 5 minute walk warm-up, 3/1.5, 5/2.5, 3/1.5 ... and then the last 5 min set I broke up into three short runs with 15-30 secs walk between them. The last one I did run for one minute at 6 or maybe even 6.5 (not so sure any longer) as I was going for the 2 mile time ... and are you ready to hear what that time ended up being? (drum roll, please) 26.24!!! Freaking awesome!!
Oh, and I have only 3 more lbs to go till I reach my May 3 goal! Damn I'm doing good!
