I've been craving yummy (fattening) foods this whole week. I have been "giving in" to those cravings too. Not over indulging, just eating small portions of things I love to eat. So ... no weight loss this week, but not any gaining either.
I'm holding my own.
Forced myself to go to the gym today - in fact, I found myself driving down the road towards the gym when I realized, "Hey, guess I'm going to the gym." I was debating what to do for exercise today, and my body just took over! Ended up doing a fast/hard workout on the elliptical and burned 300 calories. I wanted to give up 15 minutes into it, but made myself continue.
I need my workout partner back! Trish is sick today, not good! I hope she recovers soon. (for her sake, OK, for mine too, but mostly for her.)
