So, I just got back from working in the classroom. I am going to eat something and then go for a run. Am I going to do W4, or move on to W5D1 - 5/3 x3 , Or am I going to run my neighborhood run again. I might just move on to W5. ...but that means that W5D3 has me running 20 mins or 2 miles non-stop. I guess I could do it, that is only 6 mins longer than my run the other day.
Oh the decisions I need to make :)

And so, the verdict was - just run! I ended up running for 15mins straight, and competleting 1.25 miles!! I walked and ran for a total of over 30 mins today, but the biggest thing is that I ran a mile yet again!
Hmm, do I need to try for 2 miles by my birthday? I'd have to figure out another route to run, but I could do that, I guess. ...figure out the route, not run :)
