So, I blew off August as far as exercise goes. I exercised 4 times total. blah. While it was nice to be lazy for the hot month of August, I am ready to get moving again! So ... diet and exercise here I come!!
Our 10th anniversary is coming up in 7 1/2 weeks, and I am going to lose 22 pounds by then! (I'd love to make it 25, but that is really pushing it; I just like that number better.) So, daily exercise sessions and back to the diet once again. Keep me motivated folks, cause it sure was nice to have the summer off! ; )
